  • Payment Plans - we can help set up your payment plan; there are many different ones and we can figure out which is best for you and your circumstances plus we can negotiate the lowest possible payment amount allowed by law
  • Garnishment Release- we can help get the garnishment of your wages stopped while the rest of the problem is figured out
  • Offer in Compromise- this is a program the IRS offers based on your ability to pay; they compare your assets and liabilities; we know the proper ways to fill out the forms; we know what you can and cannot claim as far as expenses; what you put on the form makes a BIG DIFFERENCE in acceptance; note that the IRS Offer in Compromise Pre-Qualifier does not take into account all contingencies
  • Currently Not Collectible- the debt does not go away but the IRS determines you cannot pay at this time
  • Partial Payment Installment Agreement- used if full payment cannot be achieved by the Collection Statute Expiration Date (CSED)
  • Levy Release- An IRS levy permits the legal seizure of your property to satisfy a tax debt; They can garnish wages, take money in your bank or other financial account, seize and sell your vehicle(s), real estate and other personal property; we help release the levy from your bank, property, and you
  • Levy Reduction- the release of a levy does not mean you don’t have to pay the balance due. You must still make arrangements with the IRS to resolve your tax debt or a levy may be reissued
  • Penalty Abatement- a special way to get the IRS to remove some of the penalty to lower how much you owe
  • Tax-Related Identity Theft- If you believe you are a victim of tax-related identity theft, then the IRS is willing to help. In many cases, you will need to set up another resolution with the IRS as this process can take time. You will also need to fill out IRS FORM 14039 (Identity Theft Affidavit) and mail it to the IRS. It is always a good idea to have a tax firm or professional help you with tax-related identity theft.  The fees usually far outweigh the cost of having tax amount remain, especially if you are not responsible
  • Individual Tax Preparation- all types of tax returns can be done; sometimes the IRS creates a "Substitute For Return" but they don't give you all the credits or deductions to which you are entitled; There is no statute of limitations on a late filed return. The IRS can go back to any unfiled year and assess a tax deficiency, along with penalties; this is a way to fix that
  • Multiple Years Tax Preparation- for any kind of tax resolution all missing years of filed returns must be caught up
  • Small Business Schedule C Preparation- we specialize in small business returns and can re-create expenses even without receipts
  • Amend Tax Returns- sometimes we can fix old mistakes on returns by filing an amended return
  • Innocent Spouse Relief
  • Injured Spouse Relief-  You’re an injured spouse if your share of the refund on your joint tax return was (or is expected to be) applied against a separate past-due debt that belongs just to your spouse, with whom you filed the joint return. This can be a federal debt, state income tax debt, state unemployment compensation debt, or child or spousal support payments
